Objective of Beauty Parlor Kit Assistance Scheme
This scheme was started by the former Chief Minister of Gujarat Mr. Vijaybhai Rupani Saheb, the main objective of which is to provide free beauty parlor kits to the women of Gujarat to start a new business. This scheme is a part of Manav Kalyan Yojana in which women can get employment at home by providing 27 different tools.
Eligibility of Manav Kalyan Yojana
Manav Garima Yojana Beauty Parlor Kit Eligibility: There is a standard set by Cottage and Village Industries Department of Govt to get Beauty Parlor Kit which is as follows.
- Age of women should be between 16 to 60 years to avail beauty parlor kit assistance.
- The annual household income of the applicant woman's family should not be more than 1,20,000 for rural area and 1,50,000 thousand for urban area women.
- Widows and disabled women applicants will be given first preference.
