See how many SIM cards have been issued in your name

Department of Telecom in India has launched a portal through TAFCOP (Telecom Analytics for Fraud Management and Consumer Protection) through which people residing in the country have uploaded their mobile number database data through which the person can call me and your SIM card is active. You can get the information in just 30 seconds and from there you will be able to block the unknown number by reporting it.

Department of Telecom launched the portal for the benefit of customers

The government has also created a website to know how many SIMs are working on your Aadhaar number. DoT has recently launched a Telecom Analytics website for fraud prevention and consumer protection. From this website, users can see all the phone numbers linked to their Aadhaar number.

According to the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India, a maximum of 18 SIM cards can be obtained from one Aadhaar card. Earlier there was a rule of giving 9 SIM cards to one Aadhaar number. Later it was upgraded to 18. In such a case, it should be ensured that no other person from your Aadhaar is using the SIM card.

Check this way

For this, first visit the website https://www.tafcop.dgtelecom.gov.in/.

Enter your Aadhaar number here. Next, enter the OTP on the mobile.

As soon as you enter the OTP, a list of SIMs linked with Aadhaar will open in front of you.

On the other hand, if an illegal number is found, you can also block it.

How do you block

If someone else's name appears on the app instead of yours, the first thing you should do is talk to the mobile provider. For that, you should call the customer service center of that company and get information about what to do in such a situation. Follow the instructions shown and register your mobile number with own Aadhaar.
